Need a Pick-Me-Up? Get a Power Ballad

Dear readers, I have a secret addiction.

Whenever I’m feeling down, I hop on to youtube and look up my favourite power ballads. Seriously, there’s nothing like it.

I think it stems from my love of films like Teen Wolf, Karate Kid etc; all of which can be guaranteed to provide you with a power ballad strong enough to bash even the mean reds (never mind the blues) into orbit.

I’ve compiled a list of my favourites below:

Much as it pains me to admit it, the film sucks - but this song is great…

The story of a town where they ban dancing and rock music… erm ok so it’s another stupid film, but an excellent song and there’s dancing… you ever seen me dancing? No *really* dancing…
